Obverse: A large die break extends from the rim into the shoulder. Two small die gouges can be seen below the E in Liberty. A die crack extends north in the upper hair below the W of We.
Reverse: A die dot can be seen between the 1st U in UNUM and the E in ONE. Die scratches extend east from the vertical bar of the T in CENT.
