Obverse: Crossing die scratches through date. Strong die dot on lower lapel. Multidirectional die scratches between Y in LIBERTY and back of bust. Die crack in hair. E/W die scratches east of chin. Reverse is MDS.
Reverse: ENE die scratches through ON in ONE. E/W die scratches through ATES in STATES and CA in AMERICA. Crossing die scratches through UN in UNITED. SE die scratch from top of first S in STATES, SSE die gouge from lower N in CENT to first T in STATES.
