Obverse: Two parallel die gouges can be seen on the throat area. Two die scratches can be found running North from the top of the T in LIBERTY. A die scratch can be found in between the TR of TRUST. A die crack can be found above the intials VDB. A die scratch can be found in between GO of GOD.
Reverse: Multiple die scratches can be found around ON of ONE. A die gouge can be found in between BU of PLURIBUS. Two die scratches can be found running though the bottom of ATE of STATES. Multiple die scratches can be found in between the top right wheat stalk and M of UNUM.
