Obverse: Circular die gouges spiral inward above IN GOD of the motto. A die crack runs E-W on the forehead. Another die crack shows in the lower coat.
Reverse: A die clash mark runs from the N of CENT to the E of ONE. A long die crack runs N-S on the T of CENT. N-S die scratches are shown in the same area.
