Obverse: N/S die scratch from lapel to 9 in date. Die pit under TY in LIBERTY. Short SW die scratch from bottom of ear. Reverse is LMDS

Reverse: Short E/W die scratches through RIB in PLURIBUS. NE die scratch from E in ONE. NE die scratches through STATES and ICA in AMERICA. SE die scratch connects TE in UNITED.
