Obverse: A short die scratch below and to the right of the I in LIBERTY. A short die gouge shows below the eyelid.
Reverse: heavy die polish from NIT of UNITED to left cornice, diagonal die scratches through TAT of STATES, horizontal scratches through ONE and C of CENT. large die chip to upper right cornice. Reverse is MDS.
