Obverse: Large die gouge by 1 in date. NNE die scratches through date. Die gouges under I on LIBERTY. Crossing die scratches behind head. NNE die gouge from hair to W in WE. Reverse is EMDS.

Reverse: NW/SE die scratches cover the top of the reverse. Multiple die scratches in bays 9,10 and 11. ESE die scratches through ONE CENT.
