Obverse: Long die scratch off tip of 9 extends to just above the bust line, circular die scratches on head and ear. No die gouge from Lincolns bust
Reverse: EMDS, heavy die polish lines through E PLURIBUS UNUM, criss-cross die polish lines in the fields to left and right of memorial, heavy die polish through one cent.
