Obverse: A heavy die scratch runs southeast through the upper 60 of the date. A long and heavy die scratch runs south from the G of GOD. Other mixed die scratches show through the last half of LIBERTY. Reverse is MDS.
Reverse: Heavy die scratches show through the D and S of UNITED and STATES. A heavy die break shows on and above column 12. Obverse is MDS.
