Obverse: Heavy die crack above ear and across forehead. Small die gouge between shoulder and rim. Reverse is LDS
Reverse: Generally N/S die scratches from left cornice through ED in UNITED. Die crack from right cornice into lower R in AMERICA. Die break down column 12. SSW die scratch from base to C in CENT. Die break on column 1.
