Obverse: Heavy NNE die scratch from top of 0 in date. Small die gouge in lapel fold. Die dots on jacket. N/S die scratches below RTY in LIBERTY. Die chip in R of LIBERTY. Die gouge between N of IN and G in GOD. N/S die scratches near throat. Reverse is MDS

Reverse: Concentric die scratch between STATES and rim. SE die scratch from bottom of N in UNUN. Die crack on upper column 12. Die chip on T of CENT. Die crack on C in CENT. Die chip in O of ONE.
