Obverse: A small die gouge shows on the lower inner fold of the jacket between the lapel and shirt. A small die crack runs NE on shoulder. A small die break shows in the crotch of the R in LIBERTY. Die dot above 96 in date. Reverse is LMDS
Reverse: Die break between RI in AMERICA. Die breaks on column 11 and 12. Die breaks columns 1 and 2.
