Ok we know I have not mastered the photo taking process. But any Ideas on this one? 1 hole perfectly centered in the "0", puch mark ?? on reverse and another smaller hole as well. There is even a tiny cob web in the hole. I could see it in the microscope, but nothing else is in there.

The third photo gives it away pretty clearly. Some after mint damage with a punch or similar object spreading the metal on the obverse and forcing it to a raised area opposite on the reverse.
