This are is meant for you to post links to images, images themselves, or descriptions of the newest goodies you've found in dealer's stock, rolls, auctions, shows, etc. It's also a good place to get good advice on whether your finds are what you think they are re: grade and whether they are die varieties. Give it a shot!

Please see my posts in the Morgan Dollar section of "Other US Coins" for details of my purchase of an 1880-CC dollar!

Kamehameha - Do you live in Hawaii? Just wondering, how common is it to find P mint cents there? What's the ratio between P and D mint cents from pocket change?

Found a few of these in some 1968-P rolls I purchased at a local coin show. Enjoy!

Hey coop....Nice pictures and a nicer coin. How many did you find in the rolls you searched through? I actually don't have any of those in my collection. Looking to swap or sell one?

Hello Coop! A pleasure to see you here. Nice pics, as always, on what I'm guessing as a '68 1-0-II ?????. After all your work from the early days to date your service ribbon as a "new member" doesn't seem right in recognition for your efforts. Chuck and Bob, he deserves so MUCH more than that as you no doubt feel as well regardless of the fact it's his first post to the forum to acknowledge his "long term" service. Thanks Coop and good to see you post on the forum! We've missed you!!!

Well Doug,
You certainly have a point there. Coop has certainly made a substantial contribution to coppercoins.com. I will talk with Mr. Chuck and see what can be done.

The way this forum is programmed (and I had nothing to do with that) is that it counts the number of posts you've made for your ranking, and that's it. Contributions here are more or less unrelated to those on the rest of the site.

Doug - You yourself have been a major contributor to the site, yet you have a "new member" ranking...the same would apply to you. Sorry fellas, I just put this ball into motion, I didn't create it.

I was searching through a dealers stock and found another interesting coin from the last coin show here in Phoenix. It a 1934 plain Cent that is a Class 6 Doubled Die. The date looks wider and the letters are fatter than a regular one. Check it out.

Check out the Bottom of the U in TRUST.
Thanks for the comments guys. Just figuring out how this works.
