Found this with a similar thickness and notching as the 2006 1DO-002 and the 1DO-009. I could not match markers on either but on the reverse on column 6 there is light doubling and a very small bulge halfway between the knees and feet of the statue. Can this be matched up to either of those or is this maybe another die variety.

I see what could be faint notching at the lower left corners of the letters in LIBERTY. I don't see what the other arrows are pointing at, but with the natural order of things, they shouldn't be notches.

As for the date, looks like die wear.

On the reverse I see nothing other than a normal cent.

Chuck,
The upper two arrows on the TY are just to indicate the extra thickness of that area. I will try to get a better photo of the statues bay.
