Thanks, mike. I was just curious. I've been going thru a lot of them lately, but all have "knobby knees", and once in a while a leg, and a half. I do have another questoin: Do we "collect" MAD's here? I have several, not too much mis-alignment, less than 5% generally.

I don't belive anyone collects them. Some do look interesting thou.

I've heard he mention that some collect larger denomination ones (50 Cents). But Cent ones may go through a long run before they adjust the dies correctly or they may catch it after a few coins. Newbies will easily part with their money on Ebay for them, but but later find out they're been ripped off. I save one or two just for educational purposes, but you can find them several times in rolls that you get in change. So valuable? Only if you think sand is valuable.
