Darrell,
I have one of those, and they are pretty useless for what you might want to do with them. It is a toy that lacks clarity at times, but it might be good thing to have for other purposes including looking at coins, but you will not be able to get decent pics using it.

Also with 60-100X nothing would look like something with that range. You might buy a bunch of mini-hyper-micro regular Cents. Probably a split serif would look like the grand canyon..

I would recommend a maximum of 30X for photography and a maximum of 20X for searching. Anything more than that is actually detrimental to the cause.
