can anyone tell me if the position of the FG one the reverse of the Lincoln cent in the special mint sets for those three years was in the same position as the business strike coins of the same years for 65,66,and 67. I ask because I pulled two 1967 cents from roll searching and they just look to good to be from business strike coins they even have a mirror like finish but not as mirror like as must pf.

The designs are exactly the same. In fact, many of the SMS dies were used later as business strike dies. That's probably what you have.
