Dick: I do have a few 1/2 penny from 1967. I didn't make a mistake, they are British 1/2 Penny (Not a Cent). Great looking BU coins about the size of a Quarter.

I have a story I would like to tell, but can't due to timing. So I will hold my tongue till I can tell you. But it is about not tossing back into circulation coins that were deamed not a collectable, but now are. Glad I saved them...

Coop, I have seen them. You can't begin to understand how they think, until you get to looking at some of our older coinage. Like the dime, with the mis-spelled value, (disme). Maybe they thought the value was not enough for a full penny, so they called it a "Hapenny". Crown, Pound Shillings, can't they even speak english?

You think a Cent is a small denomination. Try a mil. They passed a law years ago to use them, but they are 1,000 per 1 dollar. So good thing they don't make them. They couldn't afford to print them on toilet paper... Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes
