That would be my opinion, as well. It is hard to determine closer from the photo.

I think even some of the real DDOs that show there on EPU look so much like strike doubling it's very hard to tell.

I'd look real close comparing them to the listed ones and look for the markers. Some also show on the dots.

okay the first one is from a 1999P lincoln cent with extreme MD on the EPU and on some of the outer letters. The second is a 2004D-1DR-001.

That pair is rough! I had to use inverted zoom to check the notches, and the first is MD, the second 1DR. The "N" has the notches, but barely visible.
