Anyone here understand how to fill out an ANACS Submission form (and had it work) that wouldn't mind walking me through it.  I have never filled one of these out before and their instructions may seem simple to some but a bit overwelming to me. I don't want to mess up. If you can help over the phone and it's one of you guys in Florida I can call free today
