Darrell,
I'm not one being able to grade well but I would like to take a guess just to see how close I can get.
VF-30.

I'm not so good at Morgan dollars, but I was say VF/EF.
While I'm thinking about it, according to the ANA grading standards, there is no such thing as "XF" as a grade. It's "EF"...and it's not "extra fine", it's "extremely fine". Just a tidbit note.

I'll say EF-40. Lots of wear, both sides.

If I were gonna sell it on Ebay, it would be an MS99. In the real world, I would tend to EF40 it.
