Mike, from where I sit, 3 out of 4 is pretty good. I say this, because I can't find what you are seeing, on the last one.

2006, long bar on left. Forgot to list it.

2001, bar on left, doubled knees,

2004, bar on right,
Dick

They all look like DDRs.
Is #1 a very long bar on the left of Abe?
It sort of looks like a crack near the bottom of it but I think it's a DDR, if it is it's sure a long one.

There is a 2006 coin on the site with a long bar on columns 6. It is 2006P-1DR-007.

Is this one of the coins you have??

Bob,
I think it is #7 I don't have the die crack on the forehead or column #11. Wish it had been a bu roll and two to compare. Crying or Very sad

Just a quick note concerning these column bar cents. When you are searching your coins, be very diligent in turning the coin around in the light so that it illuminates the statue itself. I have been finding more and more cases of doubling in the statue area only. This could include knees, feet, legs and arms. If you haven't seen one of the newer ones I have put on the site recently, have a look at something else you might be wanting to search for.

Thanks Bob,
I do turn the coin around but what gets me is sometimes the ddr disapears, Shocked I take it its the way the light refelects back at me, a couple of the coins I've shown here I couldn't turn upside down or no extra bar. Crying or Very sad

I found one of the ones your post points to and was going to ask what the heck is this. but I seen it on the site first, not sure what year it is I put it with the others I need to put in 2x2 (almost out). Laughing

A lot of the bar DDRs disappear once you turn the coin around, and you are correct in that it's the way the light reflects off the surface of the coin. Can you imagine how many have been missed because folks don't do this simple step? In order to get decent photos for the site, turning the coin and/or placing it on a ramp of some sort is the only way I can get the area of concern to show. Once the picture is snapped, you can always use your editing software to rotate the picture to a normal viewing angle.

Don't quite know what to tell you about that. Normally, if the bar can be seen in the eyepiece of my scope, I snap the pic as it is. I usually have no problem once I edit the pics to just rotate the pic to the proper positioning. You might just have to play with it some more, or try to diffuse the light even more. The reflections off the coin might be what is hindering you. It is definitely not something learned over night. Some of your pictures came out showing the bars perfectly. Might I suggest maybe zooming out a little and use you editing software to crop the picture a bit?
