Sometimes I wish that was the extent of my hoard. I have at least ten times that, probably a lot more that I'm not even aware of. Inventory alone would take months.

Eric, I know that VERY WELL! My hoard is no where as big as yours, and X10, still would not even dent Chucks! THe only thing is that they are all wheats. THe memorials are being "boxed", apart, and will be for "who knows" at some later date. Maybe a grand daughter, maybe a great grand child, but more likely a GREAT-GREAT-GRAND child! All the others only seem interested in SPENDING it! That includes all the grands0ns, and the great geandsons!

Rhubarb,
It seems your rolls have better sleeping accommodations than most people. I like the blanket or rug you have them on. Do you kiss them all night-night before turning off the lights??

I was enjoying the yellow plastic boxes you put the rolls in. Never seen them before. Where did you get them?

Coop,
I got them from Scott Equipment
1084 Howell Mill Rd. NW
Atlanta Ga. 30318
Each container hold's aprox. 70 roll's depending on how high you want to stack. I hope that help's.

Are they designed for Cents or they just work well for them? Great idea. Any idea as to cost per box?

Coop,
I don't think they were designed for cent's. I bought them from work thru Scott Equipment at a 5 dollar price. The diminsion's are 3 3/4 wide x 4 in. deep x 11 in. long. The will hold around 60 to 70 roll's neatly and they can be stacked on top of one another. I hope this help's.

I too USED to have thousands and thousands of Lincolns. Then late in 2003 I was told about the big C (Cancer). So not knowing the future I gave away about 90 % of them to young kids on coin forums. My son has virtually no interest in coins. Now down to 10 whitman albums full and about 100 rolls of the things and that too will be going this year. Just don't want it laying around in case...........

I can certainly understand all you have been through Carl. I contemplated getting rid of some of the thousands of rolls I have here when I was diagnosed. But, I am now cancer free and still have the rolls. My daughter doesn't have any interest in coins either unless someone is spending them on her. I sure hope she is prepared for what will be hers anyways.
