1992-P die clash?

I found this while searching some rolls a few minutes ago and was wondering if it is indeed a die clash. The first picture is a shot of the obverse and the second is the closeup. Right above the bowtie beside the neck it looks like a clash of the corner of one of the pillars on the memorial which coincides with an overlay that coop made in another post. The second odd feature and its kinda hard to tell from the pic, is what appears to be a double beard or something similar...its a somewhat rectangular area on the upper half of the beard, definitely not supposed to be there, at least not to the degree that it is. One more thing to note is the hair has to fairly large spots that are smooth, kinda like they have been polished smooth, and the "WE TRUST" is also very light. Please excuse the last 2 images they are horrendous but i figured i would try and "outline" the areas in question..i think i failed horribly.

The flat spots in the hair are from being a weak strike, lot's of modern ones (many in the 90s) are that way.

BTW congrats on finding the 84-D in the other post! That one does not show up often.
