I've been going through a lot of nickel rolls lately -- and I find it amazing how many old coins turn up. With dimes, quarters, and halfs -- it is hard to come by anything pre-1965. With cents, I see the occational wheat -- but not often. But with nickels, I see 30's, 40's and 50's all the time -- and sometimes in pretty decent shape. Yes - a nickel roll can be lots of fun for just $2.

I always found the 1950-D Nickel an interesting oddity. Not the coin itself, but the value in different grades. The lower grade coins are almost as valuable as the MS-60 grades. I guess because of public awareness the rolls of this nickel were held on to as they knew the mintage is was going to low from that mint. Check out your listing to see how close all grades are in price?
