I don't see any evidence of a RPM on this coin. It appears that the die is worn/deformed or the coin is damaged in the North part of the MM. If you look at the size of the mintmark, an area seem to be missing on the North part. Even if there was a mark to the North, the location for 004 MM is father south.
S-L-M (Separation First, Location Second, Lastly Markers for die state of the RPM in question. The three steps for identifing a RPM.)

I thank you again for your help. I haven't gotten accustom to looking at coin's like the "expert's" including you. I see something that doesn't look right and I post. I agree with ya on this one again.

Until you get your sea legs, keep posting as other can benefit from the thread. You would hate to throw aside a great coin and not realize it. Keep Looking, they are there.
