This cent has the T with a line extending north. Also many other letter's have the same extending line. If so would this make it a earlier die state or later? Could this be anything?

That T looks right but other coins might have that, if it's 1DO-007 you can see the curved spines on the letters of liberty and that ramp on the E of we. If it has that and the spike on the T then it probably is it.

Looks different to me, the letters are not as curved.
It could just be wear making yours look wide or it might be a different one. 41 is a year filled with major and minor DDOs.

I do concure on your view. The E in WE only has the ramp on the top line.
