Found this one out of a grand total of four 2000 P cents in a circ. box. Is it a variety and are they common?

I would save it for now. The site will probably consider it minor, but probably John Wexler or Bill Slaughter would be more interested? They list more of the minor doubled columns.

Looks like a simple die gouge to me. Just because there is a mark next to the statue doesn't make it a doubled die.

John Wexler lists them as doubled dies. I've got a couple back from him listed that way.
