Dick,
The last house we owned in Ca was in rialto north of highland ave on Park Ave. My wife graduated in 71'. When did you start collecting varieties? I also noticed in an earlier thread you mentioned that your kids don't collect coins. My oldest son who is 24 learned with me but doesn't actively collect. We do enjoy talking about it and he enthusiastically looks at my finds when he visits. I've taught my 14 yr old to hunt for wide AM's.

Rock, I am living in a Mobile Home Park, in the "Country Club Estates" area. It is the "El Rancho Verde MHP", just south of Apple, off Ayala DR. North Riverside Ave, and Ayala DR. Keep the kids interest in the collecting idea. Mine don't care, (my youngest son likes coins, but has to limit his collecting, so as to keep his income within his budget. He, and his wife have a store on Ebay, selling books, etc. " the 1 shop". None of the grand kids are interested, nor are the great grand-kids. I'm more or less a "hermit".
I started collecting varieties about a year-1/2 ago, when I jouned the forum. I used to look for RPM's, and when I joined CONRECA, was looking for Die Dents, and some of the '46-S MM's. Then I got acquainted with BJ Neff, "Wavysteps2003", and he put me on to Coppercoins.com. The rest is history! I'm HOOKED!
I've been collecting, off, and on for over 60 years, first Mexican, then US, and in 2005/06, cents.
