Photoshop can make your numismatic dreams come true.... so don't be so quick to fall for anything you might see on the Internet.
A very pleasing and pretty coin that looks real.... but it is not.

Looks like the first 2 was copied and the smudging between the 2s indicate an attempt to clean it up. Also the 2s are showing the same darkened markings.

The front leg had been Photoshoped away from a normal Buffalo Nickel reverse. The identification points for a real 3-Legged Buffalo are not there... the two most obvious are the back leg (not "gouged-out"), and the Buffalo does not look like he is "taking a wiz" as on a 3-Legger.
Dats a Goood Von,

I looked at the horn, but all of mine don't have any, or enough horn to tell much about, so it didn't ring a bell! It does look a bit out of the ordinary, now ythat you mention it!

Good examples of fraud, and with that, the possibility of getting caught and doing some time. If the actual coin is not as pictured, but the buyer chooses not to persue the matter, that is what the seller is betting on. Photoshop certainly does make things look better, but I don't care how good a job it is, it can be detected.
