I just got this coin in today i got it off ebay for $4.99 i think or less. i talked to Coop about it. and he was thinking that it is possibly the 2006P- DO-001 but after looking at it better i don't think it is even on the site. it has the Y is cut almost like the 18 but not as deep so it is not that die. here are a few pic's to help

Looks like it has some minor trails on it.
Look at the markers for 1DO-016, it has similar trails.

Hi Gary - The identifier for this die is the "trails" from the bottom of the letters in LIBERTY. Since both anomalies (the doubled die and trails) happened presumably during the hubbing process, both will be present during the entire life of the die, UNLESS, there are two dies with the exact same anomalies. As remote as this seems, it could happen. However, this seems to be the 016 die.

I agree, the odds would be amazingly high to find two separate varieties of tails + ddo the same year that look so much alike and aligned in the same direction as these two are. I think they are different die stages.
