Gary, I found out a little bit more about that camera. It will take nice photos, and it takes a bit of hunting to find the darn things, after you take them!

It isn't the best, nor the prettiest, nor the most in focus coin, but it did finally come out! Part of the focus problem is that the camera was made for another type scope, but with a bit of "modification", I'm sure that will improve.

Dick that is what that small tube thing is. it go's inside the (in place of the eye piece) so you remove the eye piece you may need a glass repair kit to get a flat tip screw driver that small but take out the lens and put that adapter in it's place the camera will fit into that adapter. i thought you would have got that and i think you may have but just in case look up.

Gary, the problem is with the diameter of that "tube thing", as you call it! It is just a hair small, so I put some masking tape on it to fill in as a shim. There is a small difference in the depth, but with the ocular focus adjustment, that is no problem. My vision limits my ability to focus sharply, but It is "ball-park". The "finding" of the photos will be easy, after I "digest" the manual! Thanks,
Dick

Gary, I don't mind THAT four letter word, especially if it means making my chore a little easier. There are other four letter words that I hear, (say), when things aren't going well! They have become more frequent, what with this computer crashing frequently, of late. Looks like some "down-time" is in need for it.
