FS-030.2 is the 70-S small date proof.

Same as the non proof small date but it's the proof version.
I'm guessing $50-75.

If you have CDs book he shows the pick up points on P230 and compares it to the more common large date.

I look for LIBERTY getting weak near the end, no crease on the 7, shorter wider 7, pointed inside curl of the 9, top of 9 not being round, top of date almost level.

Be careful, it must have every attribute to be a small date and many large dates are sold as small dates or labled wrong on the holders.

Look at Ken Potters photos:

eagames,

Thank you very much. I just picked it up and it is definitely a strong 65 maybe even a 66 on a good day at the slabbers.
