If you WERE on my email list, I lost all that information so please send me a note so I can re-add you to my email list. I would appreciate it a lot. Coop

Speaking about computers.... Does anyone know what causes this to happen in one's screen?

Yup, could be... might also be bad display settings, bad video ram (if your computer uses part of the system RAM for video RAM you could have a bad SIMM/DIMM).

If the settings are good, next thing to try is reseating and/or swapping the video card with a known good card.
