What I see is a die crack between the T and E of UNITED. Very common. The other thing I see is the raised area running through the top of UNITED and down along the rim to the bottom of ONE. This is another common occurance in the 80's and early 90s. This is caused by uneven pressure being applied during the striking process. It's almost as if you are seeing the raised outline of the obverse die rim that was struck too deep. There are no premiums associated with these types of striking errors.
