1960D 1MM-002 Question

I found this 1960D that at first didn't appear to be listed but I started checking the die scratch markers listed on the 1MM-002 and the obverse die scratches all appear to match.
The MM on this looks a bit different and there are no die scratches as listed for the reverse. With the reverse scratches being that heavy I though there would be some of them there. Die change maybe???
What do you think 1MM-002??

There was a reverse die change for that rpm at stage c. According to CONECA there were no reverse markers until stage e.

I should use that reference more often before asking my questions about the die changes.
