Cool finds Jim,
To post a pic, all you have to do is to place the picture somewhere in the internet, press the Img button, paste the url of the page and press the Img* button again.

Gabe's right. You have to upload your picture somewhere on the internet. Usually your ISP gives you some space. You might need to use an "FTP" (file transfer protocol) program to do that.
Once you have your pic on the internet, click the "Img" button, paste the address of your picture, then click the "Img" button again.
But PLEASE practice on the "test" board until you get it figured out:

Welcome back Jim! I got your messages and am working on getting Photoshop loaded onto my new operating system. Unfortunately you caught me at a bad time - I have XP on my system, but don't have a photo editor, and the site is moving to a new server this week...lots going on here. I should be able to comfortably get to your photos by the end of the month.
