Where do people come up with these descriptions.... What do you suppose FDC means? "Full Details Cleaned" maybe?

In that link, one of the three photos includes the bag and the label that the coin is stored in. The label says "Outstanding FDC UNC."

FDC is a description used in some countries, Brazil, France, Germany and others, instead of Uncirculated. In French it means Fleur de Coin.

If they try getting it graded it looks like it would be a normal 63RB or Red with some graders. Not worth what they paid.
