I just sold this on ebay not too long ago. Can anybody tell me why it sold for so much and why the buyer was as satified as he told me he was. I started it at $14.95 and would have been happy with $75.00, I was under the impression it listed for about $200.00 or $300.00. After realizing the sale price I tried to reasearch it as much as possible to find out if I had sold some amzing coin and I realized this coin has many, many varieties, and some that are very, very rare. This coin did not look exactly like any of the pictures I saw online anywhere. Is anybody here a collector of these early coppers or familiar with the varieties? Anyhow here is the link.
