Hit the "URL" button (notice that "[url]" appearsin the text box). Then paste the website, then hit the "URL" button again (notice that "[/url]" appears.

It should look like this without the spaces:

[ url] http: //mysite.verizon.net/res0ppo7/roadkillcoins/id5.html [/ url]

The working link should then look like this:

http://mysite.verizon.net/res0ppo7/roadkillcoins/id5.html
