I was looking at the 50 dollar bags of copper lincoln cents on EBAY, and it just begged a comment. Those pennies are worth 2-3 cents a piece because of the copper content.

With cents getting redesigned it's probably good to keep anything thats's a nice unc. Just think if it was 1957 and you could grab up lot's of unc wheats from your change!
I wonder how long it will take memorials to start to vanish from circulation like wheats? _________________ Ed
Another thing I like about the zinc cents is that some of them can be found in simply spectacular condition. The mint set coins sometimes are nearly indistinguishable from branch mint proofs. In some cases these are nearly common (about 1% of mint set coins) and in others they can be highly elusive (any of the '82-'84).
A complete "proof" set of zincs would be an incredible challenge and with these coins disappearing at such an alarming rate due to poor storage are not going to get any easier. _________________ Tempus fugit.
