There was an article in the Chicago Suntimes on May 3 by Mary Lainey, she is a former news anchor in Chicago and is now a columnist. She was saying that there appears to be targetting of Illinois drivers by Wisconsin Racine County Sheriff Police on northbound Interstate 94. She said she was pulled over, and was accused of driving on a suspended Wisconsin license even though she was driving on a valid Illinois license and has no Wisconsin license. She was frisked, her car was impounded and the police took her credit card and charged a $400 fine on the spot. She then spent 2 hours at the police station. Anyway I have decided to forego the coin show. If anyone is driving on any plates other than Wisconsin, be very careful driving in Wisconsin this week.
