I'm still bad identifying cent doubling and worse with this so would appreciate clarification on what kind of doubling. Thank you.

I'm afraid it is MD again. Keep trying - you'll get the hang of it.
For me, the key is not to look for doubling - but to look for notches on the corners. If you don't see notches on the corners of sharp devices - then the doubling is more than likely not a DD. The notches will show up even on coins with very minor doubling -- like this 1962 DDR cent I found...

Thank you Ken, I wonder if I would be able to see the notching easy enough with my vision....might have to till I get the scope

Anything that looks interesting, set aside till you get a scope. Then you can rule out unworthy ones and put them back into circulation.
