Per Coin World, page 82, May 10 edition, three new RPMs have been discovered by John W. Bordner, president of NCADD.

1918 D/D north
1915 D/D tilted and north
1937 D north and tilted.

No pics available.

More stuff for us to look for!

F.Y.I. to add to the search on Lincoln rpms. Coneca has published six new ones with pics in the May/June Errorscope.

'23-s/s #1 se
'25-s/s #6 rotated
'37- d/d #3 nw
'44-d/d #17 rotated
'69-s/s #4 w
'71-s/s #11 s

All six photos provide sufficient evidence, IMHO, to keep an out out for them!

Some definate screamers there!!!

Darn, should proof read before hitting "submit". I meant to say "keep an eye out for them".

Hey guys.... Just to let you in on something you may or may not know...the coppercoins.com website has many varieties that are not cross-referenced to either CONECA or Wexler because neither of them have see them before. There are also many RPM's that are unique to the coppercoins system, especially the 1960D higher numbers. In addition, there are many more varieties that will be photographed and added to coppercoins that have not been identified before. The point is (as doug stated) is that there are many more varieties out there waiting for someone to discover them. I am convinced that unattributed varieties in the Lincoln Cent series alone probably numbers over 500 more. Keep looking! Chuck and I would love to put your discovery and name on coppercoins!

As a postscript I'll also highly recommend that folks check out this site first for checking out reported new finds from other sources. One of the many plusses here are not only the excellent photos of the mm but markers as well. Also, I'd like to add that I believe that Wiles' listings I noted above for the '23-s 006 rot. and the '69-s 004 are different rpms when compared to the CC listings. Great finds there Bob! Any extras? LOL

While I'm at it, there is a '43-s/s #6 west up on EBAY in Anacs 65 and sitting at a touch over $300.00!! Granted thats' a tough rpm but..... $250.00 and Lord knows how much more for the plastic???? Oh well, it will be fun to watch as I need one too but I'll bet Scott will snag that one.
