BJ, Bob, Smed,,and the rst of you folks there in southern Florida, have uou noticed the whole southern part of Florida is shrinking? They say it is due to Global warming, but I think there may be another reason: Chuck has arrived! It isn't global warming, it is "copper weighting". It isn't shrinking, it's SINKING!

Dick,
I don't live in Southern Florida...I live in the panhandle. However, due to Chuck's coins arriving in Sarasota (which is south of me anyway)..this part of Florida is actually rising out of the water. I guess it's the teeter totter effect.

Can't be me, the water in my pool is still level, and the alligators haven't fallen sideways out of the swamp.
One definite benefit here - all the floors are concrete slabs - no subflooring.

I still like Chicago the best. Around here no one knows what is below your feet. Usually don't want to know either.

Chuck, It's February, which means you are slooooowly getting things put away. Only two more months to go, before you will say, "Wow! WHERE did all that stuff COME from"? Another three months, and you will know where everything is, or which box, (stored somewhere), it "might" be in. I have been down that road many times. Often several times IN ONE YEAR! Don't forget to tie everything down in May'cause the windy season is about to arrive!
I hope you are getting settled in, and enjoying your new job! My best to you, in the forth-coming year.
