Is the line raised metal on the obverse or is there any damage on the reverse?
Could it be old glue or something stuck to the coin?

This very much looks like a coin in another thread on the forum. I believe it is an outline of another object that was sitting on the coin, and something spilled on it. The liquid didn't run under the object, and dried where it sat.

It does look oval shaped. And the right side looks like the licquid was fretty "stiff" lLooks like little proplets form while it was drying.

Hard to say without an examination under a microscope. The fact that the last digit in the date is disturbed suggests it was done after the strike, since most die gouges are confined to the field.

It appears to be raised metal.I tried to use my fingernail to remove it if it was glue or simething as suggested and it didn't come loose. Also is color of a regular cent(copper).Possibly a scratch that raised the metal in the areas of question???

Reverse appears normal except for a strike thru area on the O in one..Here's a pic of it.
