Welcome Cnladue 
I saw in your other post that you were getting lenses from old binoculars. I have scrounged up a few that worked ok stacked, just use a small spacer between them so they don't touch eachother and you might find a pair that work good together and focus at the distances you use. I have made a few that worked better than any store bought loupes that I've used.
