Yes, there are...many of them. A number of them are listed here on coppercoins (see 1960D-1MM-101 through 1960D-1MM-135 for most of them.
The reason they are not separated from the large date RPMs is because they are all 1960D...just like 1928S large and small mintmark, 1941S large and small mintmark, and the different mint mark styles used for 1944-1948. None of those are separated either.
The die numbers account for the date and mintmark, not the size of the date or mintmark.
