While searching today, it was a nice day for finding errors. I am not an error specialist, so maybe some of you can explain what some of these are if my guesses are wrong:

I am guessing that this dime is a mid to late die cap?




These next few pics show what I assume to be a broadstrike, however, I am not too sure. The coin seems to be normal size. The reverse is well centered, but has what looks like the incused marking of some letters on the reverse rim.






This die I have no idea what this could be. I was thinking post mint damage of some sort, but the damaged area seems like it may be some sort of planchet defect.




This last one I assume was struck through grease or something. The reverse, although a stronger strike, has some indications that grease may have been there too.

The dime is a generic capped die strike. It was struck through a late-stage die cap.

I'm not sure about the 1988 cent. It shows some features seen in cents struck by worn dies with accompanying deformation around the perimeter. This produces a broad ridge or swelling just inside the design rim, and design elements that intersect that ridge can sometimes "disappear" inside it. That's what we may be seeing around "WE TRUST". However, the sharp truncation of the last digit of the date is not what you'd expect of die deterioration. That's more consistent with post-strike damage. The rim next to ONE does show post-strike damage. So my diagnosis would be die deterioration and post-strike damage. It's definitely not a broadstrike.

The 2001 cent does appear to show post-strike damage since the edge is bulging out. I assume the rim is crimped on both faces.

The 2001-D cent was struck through grease.
